The table provides data about how much money is spent on petrol among the top ten most expensive countries for its consumption along with some other financial statistics. Overall, the share of petrol spending varied due to inconsistency between the regions’ monthly income, however, the monthly average amounts are similar among the regions.
In terms of expenditure on benzine as part of monthly disposable earnings, the lowest numbers are observed in Norway, accounting for 7.4 per cent, while the total expenses in this state are the highest from the presented (319.85 USD). Sweden and Belgium share the second and third places with 7.7% and 8.7% respectively.
In stark contrast, in Eritrea people spend approximately six in ten of their income on petrol fuel, followed by Turkey and Greece with approximately one-third and a quarter respectively. The rest of the places (Holland, Italy, Denmark and Britain) illustrate moderate expenditures on this type of fuel, between 8.1% and 15.5% of their monthly disposable income.
