The diagram illustrates the process of builind an igloo from hard-packed snow.Overall,the process consists of several steps,startind from cutting snow blocks and ending with sealing the structure.

First,hard step,more blocks using a snow saw.These blocks are typically around 15 inches thick.Once the blocks are prepared,they are carefully placed in a cirtucal formation to create the base of the igloo.

In the next step,more blocks are stacked on top of each other in a spiral shape.To ensure a stable structure,each blovck is shaped to fit precisely.At the top,a slightly larger block is placed to close the dome and strengthen the roof.

Afterward,any gaps between the bloks are filled with loose snow to improve insulation and stability.Then,an entrance is dug below ground level,and the interior is smoothed to prevent dripping.

In the final step,the igloo is checked for strength, and the inner surface reflects heat inward,keeping the inside warm .
