First of all I want to appologise because something quite upleasant has happened. Recently, you’ve asked me to assist you with some techical issues, and I had some spare time so I stayed at work and tried to fix it, however while I was updating software on your computer I accidentaly deleted a presentation on which you’ve been working for a couple of weeks. I feel very embarrassted, I don’t know how it happened, I genuelly wanted to help you, but your computer is in a really bad condition therefore it required new software installement. Moreover, if I hadn’t done, your device would’ve not worked anymore. Thus, the last thing I desire is you to be angry at me, as I understand how much effort you put into creating that presentation, and I remember that you could get promotion if your project was successful. Nevertheless, I’m not going to leave you like this, I promise I’ll work on it, or if you don’t mind we can meet somewhere and work on your project together,. Besides that, I can go to our head manager and let him know about the accident thar happened, because I truly don’t want to let you down, we’ve been getting along lately,thus it’s really important for me to help you.
