Dear natalie

I am very sorry to tell you that your pet is missing. i feel very bad about this situation and I want to say I sincerely appologies. I know your pet is very important to you, and I understand this is a big problem.

The reason this happening is because my mistake. Yesterday evening, i took your pet outside for short walk. Usually, i keep the gate closed, but at the time i forgot to lock it properly. Suddenly, your pet ran and i could not catch it. I try to follow, but your pet ran to fast and dissapeared.

Since then, i have been trying my best to find your pet. I have looked around the neighborhood and ask some people if they saw it. I also made some simple poster and put them near the street. I will continue searching and I will inform you immediately if I get any information. Please do not worry to much, I am doing everything i can.

Once again, I am really sorry for my carelessness. I hope we can you pet soon.
