Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Susan, a student at Manson College. I saw an advertisement that your hall near the supermarket is being held for rent. I would like to know some details of the hall, as I have an idea to rent it.

My friend and I have been searching for a party hall that would be suitable to have our dance club. This dance club is focused on rock and folk dancing. It was his dream project to start a dance club, and we used to discuss a lot about it for 2 years. I think that your hall suits well. It would be great if we were allowed to rent this house, and then I would like to know from you about the rent amount and what are the terms and conditions of this hall.

We will use the hall only on week ends. This hall won’t be needed on public holidays and our semester breaks. I would be happy to meet you in person to discuss the possibility of this rental.
