Dear Owner Colneys’ Hall,

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I am writing regarding Coleneys’ Hall, which you have in your ownership. I would like to rent it for dance class purposes. We are a graduated group of young people, who want to educate pupils in classic and modern dance.

I would like to kindly ask you if it is possible to rent your wonderful hall for our project. Please, let me know what is your terms and conditions for renting and if the date of use will suitable for your plans. Very important for us are dates, price and cleaning conditions. In addition, if it is possible to separate electricity for these dates because, for the dance lesson, we require a higher consumption for radio, computer and volume devices.

From the beginning, we will need the hall each Monday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons, from September 30, 2024. After a successful marketing project, we suppose that we will need a whole afternoon on weekdays and weekends from morning until evening.
