Dear Mr Erling,
I hope this letter meets you well. I am writing to tell you about how dissatisfied my family and I were with regard to the condition of some of the furniture in our new apartment.
I am James Agunbiade, a Nigerian, I am married and also a father of two beautiful daughters. My family and I recently relocated to England in pursue of my Master of Business Administration program in the University of Oxford.
I rented an apartment in your estate a week ago. The furnitures in the apartment are not well taken care of, i often have to spray insecticides on some of them because they have been enchroached with bedbugs. It has not been convenient using these furnitures since we packed into the apartment.
I would be glad if the furnitures are taken away and thoroughly washed or replaced with a new one. Furthermore, there should be proper inspection of furnitures in all accomodations before letting it out for rent to prevent future occurrence.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours sincerely,
James Agunbiade
