Dear Mr Fabian,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the furniture we have in our unit. We are living in unit 1500, and the sofa and coffee table set have some problems.

We recently moved into this new building, which was provided with furnished accommodation. We were delighted to sign the lease; however, the covers on the sofa cushions and dining chairs are scratched and become dirty very quickly. In addition, the sofa fabric stains easily and cannot be cleaned despite repeated attempts. For instance, I accidentally spilled coffee on the sofa and attempted to clean it with appropriate cleaning products; however, the stain could not be removed.

I would appreciate it if you could either provide better-quality furniture or replace the upholstery with higher-quality stain-resistant material, as stated in our tenancy agreement.
