Dear Mr. Jay,

My name is Vivian. I’m writing to you regarding the furniture on your rental property. My family and I have been renting your apartment on P street for the past 2 weeks. While we were happy with the apartment’s location, I was unsatisfied with the condition of several furniture items.

Specifically, all of the furniture is very old and filled with dust, some of which are completely broken and unusable. For example, the dining table’s legs are broken and some of the dining chairs are missing the crew, which is very dangerous to use. Also, the cabinet in the kitchen lacks the handle, making it unable to open, etcetera.

As a result, I would request you to replace all this stuff with new one as soon as possible so that I can arrange my stuff accordingly. I would appreciate it.
