Dear manager,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction towards your hotel service. I recently visited to your hotel with my loved ones for a holiday trip. Moreover, I am over the moon when I saw your hotel rooms it’s so clean and tidy. Apart from it, I loved the scenic view through our room window as well as food service was very good which makes our trip more enjoyable. Honestly speaking, I never saw these things throughout my life whenever we booked a hotel. Overall, had a pleasant experience .

I would like to give you just one suggestion to improve checkin process faster and more efficient to avoid the waiting time which definitely improve the guest experience.
