Dear Mr.Abbas ,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am Hussnain your neighbour and want your attention toward the dispose off our joint owned store in order to get rid of the extra / unused items that we hold for the past few years.

Further ,I suggest you to please join me on this Friday ,dated 11th of May to call bids from general public . Here we can invite some evaluators for offering best possible quotes of our property as it falls under the territory of Capital of our country.

Apart from that If you agree I have some potential real estate agents who are considered as best agents in the market who will advertise our offer on multiple forums and I am hoping for sound interesting parties.

Moreover, I am taking the responsibility of managing and organizing all the activities related to the Friday. As discussed you have to manage the financially that day. I hope the proceeds of our property are going to be extraordinary and will distributed as per previous agreed ratios , Insha Allah.
