I am Islombek Nosirov and I am enrolled in your HRMD Class 1100 which meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 AM. (Include any other necessary identifying information, such as a seat assignment).

I would like to meet with you for approximately 15 minutes to discuss “Subject Math” at your earliest convenience. I know you have posted office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 PM to 3 PM.
