Dear Supervisor

I am writing to express my concern regarding the frequent Internet connection issue.

Firstly, I’m Pavan of 4th year Undergraduate in Computer Science, my student ID is 8750181. I’m in room 1002 of hostel block D.

Lately, we have been facing the intermittent internet problem due to which we cannot attend the classes properly, in addition i’m also missing out on the lectures. Moreover, I’m missing on the assignment deadlines.

I kindly request you to ask an technician to fix the issue as soon as possible, which will help me in coping up with the missed lectures and assignments.
