Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this to complain about the Internet connection in my room.

My name is Steve and I have lived here for 2 months. Everything was good until last week I could not connect to the Internet. I did not know what the reason was. I tried to reset the router and all my digital devices.

I need the Internet to connect with my family in Vietnam and do homework. On the weekend I usually play video games to relax. So I need you to fix it as soon as possible. I think the router is damaged and should be replaced with the new one.

I hope this issue could finish in 3 days due to my deadline being close. Hope to hear more information from you. My telephone number is 705 2332 123.
