Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this to enquire about the tree planting programme happening on the coming Sunday, 19thSeptember 2026.

Firstly, I would like to introduce myself, I am Kirtika, and I recently moved to this neighbourhood. I live at 801, Connor Street. I saw the tree planting programme advertisement near the entrance of the local train station and realised that you are looking for volunteers. I am interested in volunteering for this programme and would like to get information about what kind of volunteer roles are available. Also, I am wondering if any prior experience in gardening is required to register as a volunteer for this programme. Since childhood, I am very fond of gardening. Moreover, this would be a great opportunity for me to connect with the neighbours as I just moved in.

Please let me know if you require any more information from my side to register for this volunteer programme. I am looking forward to your response.
