Dear Sir or madam,

My name is Rahul currently pursing the final semester in financial technology at your university. The reason for writing this letter is to make complaint regarding the internet issues that I have been facing from few days in my room.

It all started on the day when there was some renovation work in the cafeteria at the university hotel. Since then, there has been issue in connecting to the internet. I tried multiple ways in trouble shooting the moment when I trouble shoot it work fine for sometime but after a while the problem repeats making it really hard to manage. Due to this issue of the network, I am unable to complete and submit my assignment on time.

I kindly request you to consider my complaint and try to fix the issue. As this week is a reading week for the university graduates it would be more useful, you rework on the network and get it sorted.
