I hope this letter finds you well. I am organising a very special celebration for my parents. It is their 50th wedding anniversary on May 5 at Olive Garden Resort. I am writing to invite you on their special day to make it even more special for them.

My parents are die hard fan of your singing. I personally, enjoy every melody you sing which is extremely soothing. Your lyrics are not only meaningful but also motivational. I really adore your attires and they way you interact with your fans and audience which is really appreiciated. Your presence would not only elevate the celebration but also creates an unforgettable experience for my parents and guests also.

Moreover, it’s a wedding surprise for them by me. Having you perform it live would be a great surprise for them and it would make the day memberable for them.

Please let me know if you are available on this date and what are the requirements and fees would be.
