Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the inconvenience I experienced during my visit to your restaurant.

Yesterday night, I visited your restaurant with some friends. We ordered one medium spicy noodles, two manchurians with extra gravy, and 3 Mango Lassis. After placing our order, I inquired with one of your employees about the time it would take, and he mentioned 35 minutes.

However, it took longer than expected. We received our noodles after 50 minutes, which were supposed to be medium spicy but turned out to be extra spicy. After an hour of waiting, the waiter only brought one plate of manchurian instead of two. When I asked about the missing plate, he accused us of only ordering one plate, which was unexpected and unprofessional.

Prior to this incident, I had a positive opinion of your restaurant. However, what occurred last night has changed my perspective. I hope you will monitor your employees more closely to prevent such occurrences in the future.
