Dear Sir,

I am Ogunlade Emmanuel, I am currently one of your part-time students in business class at Adekola High school, Ibadan. The purpose of taking part time class is to enhance my preparation for the forthcoming senior secondary school examination. Furthermore, it will provide me with background knowledge in Business Administration as my prospective course at the University.

Sir, I would not be able to come to the class for the next three days, because I would be attending the burial ceremony of my late grandfather on April 3, 2025. I am planning to travel to the Village on April 2, 2025 and return on April 4, 2025.

However, I have discussed my trip with my close friend, Seun, who would be taking me in tutorial for the classes that I will miss.
