I am writing this letter to let you know about the recent pests incident happened in my appartment.

This incident was started last week. On Friday evening, I noticed that the water drain located in the balcony has a weird smell. At first, I thought that this was just a small problem, so I tried to solve it by myself the day after by spraying some fragrance. However, when I started spraying, two or three cockroaches appeared from the drain and flew away aggresively. I jolted as I am extremely afraid of insects and knocked a few flower pots. I was not injured, fortunately, but these cockroaches might have built some colony on my drain pipe.

Yesterday, I saw a few baby cockroaches wandering around the drain in my master bathroom. I quickly flushed them with hot water and they are instantly dissapeared, but this second incident told me that this cockroaches problem might be pretty serious.

Mr. Lanlord, I hope you could help me to solve this issue. I am afraid that I can not use a regular pests control sprays because I have a newborn that is still very sensitive. I hope you can help me arrange a schedule for pest inspection with professional. As for the cost, I am willing to spend a considerable amount as long as the effectiveness and safety of my newborn is guaranteed.
