Dear Landlord,
I hope this letter finds you hale and hearty. I am writing this letter to inform you about an ongoing problem that has been bothering me for about a month now. The water tap in the kitchen keeps leaking due to heavy water pressure and poor build quality of the tap. During the routined maintenance occured in the last week I asked the plumber to fix this issue. However, he did fix the tap and told me not to rotate the tap too harshly to avoid any kind of unwanted leakings. I strictly followed his instructions only find out the tap has once again started leaking and it will not stop. I think instead of reparing the tap we should buy a new tap made of high quality metarials and replace with the older one. I humbly request you to look into this matter sincerely and take a prompt action.
Best regards,
Foysal
