Dear Sir,
I am Mubashshir Khalil from Delhi. I have purchased a online german language course from your website last saturday. I was quite excited and enthusiastic to initiate my german language learning journey with your course. However, I got really disappointed with the course as it moved forward. The initial classes were quite interactive and informative and it felt like it was prepared for a beginner like me. But the letter classes were too complex and seemed like it was in rush. There was no interaction and no clarifications of the doubts for the students. It gets really difficult for me to catch up with this mode of teaching.
Therefore, I am writing this letter to ask for the refund for my course as I have realised that moving on with this course is waste of time and money for me. I am neither satisfied nor happy with the syllabus and pedagogy of your course. Please consider my requestas soon as possible.
