Greetings to you

My name is Lola and I recently purchased your online English course despite not advertising the content and that is because it was introduced to me by a friend who have used it years back with the assurance of it meeting up with the quality as at that time.

My expectations weren’t met as I expected the outline to fit into the reason of purchase which is solely helping me with my use of English for me to pass my upcoming exams that is very close . If the course content were displayed, this would have been easy for me to figure out if it will be usefulbto me or not

Most of what I need to read to help me optimise my use of English were all absent, as it did not fit into the curriculum for the exam I am yo write

I would advise the company to graciously make available the content of the course so that individuals will be able to decide early enough if it would be needed or not

To this fact and drawbacks, I will like to get a refund as my expectations weren’t met for this services , so I will be able to purchase English course that I rightly needed
