I hope this message finds you well, im writing this to you to express my disappointment with your course, as you are one of the most reputed courses provider and i was expecting alot better from you as you promised in the course’s info on the website,

I am writing this letter to describe what i felt the course was lacking and it lacked the attention to detail which is pretty essential for us beginners to understand without getting the basics down we can’t do much and that’s why the course was not upto the mark as it lacked alot and the vocabulary was not the great it had grammatical errors and mistakes,

It definitely was not worth the money i have spent on it and i expect a compensation or a full refund and im requesting any sort of compensation,
