Dear Mr. John,

I´m still really enjoying to live in your wunderful flat in the center of London. I also appreciate your loyal price for the rent, which is a great luck in this time of increasing prices of flats and houses.

Today I’m writing this letter to you for asking you a little faviour about the time of paying my rent. As you surely remember, I generally pay my fee to you always in time or even quite early. Unfortunately, this mounth I have a little money problem, because my best friend was suddenly in a big financial trouble and of course I immediately helped him to solve his crises. Anyway, this helping out caused that I don´t have enough money to pay the rent till the first of January. But I can promise you for sure that I will pay my dept till 10th of January because in this time I will have received my cellary.

I hope you can understand my reason of asking you this faviour. I would be very thankful if getting my rent amount a bit later won´t be a problem for you.
