Dear Sam,

I hope you are doing well, I just want to ask a favor. Can I pay this month rent later, because I have financial issue these days.

Main reason for this my mother in a hospital and I have to spend money for that. She has a serious illness, my brother also cannot spend money for that, because he also has a financial problem these days. Then I must take care my mother.

I would appreciate it if you could understand my situation and give me chance for this month. I already request a loan from my office, I hope it will pass. If it will pass I will settle this month rent and next month rent in one time.
