For Country A people , sleep is important as work, which also spent 8 hours per day on it.
On contrary, leisure time and exercise time are halved, even more to the other two activities. Country A only 5 hours on leisure activities, while spent only 3 hours on exercise. Meanwhile, Country B spent the same time on both exercise and leisure by using 4 hours daily. Work time even spent double time compared with leisure and exercise, which means they lack of work-life balance.
