The bar chart shows the number of men and women executives in six different professions in the UK.

Overall, men dominate in some jobs like construction and manufacturing, while women are more in education and health jobs. Some professions have almost similar numbers of both genders.

In construction, men are very high, but women are very low. In manufacturing, menalso higher than women, and the difference is quite big. In wholesale and retail, both genders are almost equal, but men still a little more .

In public administration and defence, women are higher than men. The difference is not very big, but still clear. In education, women are much more than men, and the gap is quite large. The biggest difference is in health and social work, where women are very high , but men are very low.

In conclusion, men usually work in physical jobs, while women prefer social jobs, and there is clear difference between them.
