Dear Linda,

I hope you and your family are well. The reason behind I am writing this letter is, I need your favor to keep my son and daughter when I will be away during my office tour.

As we know, our children play well together. And it is too important to join my office trip. I can keep Tom to daycare but he doesn’t like that place. So, I will be happy if you come to my home with your child.

As I told you, I have to go to my office trip because of the company has organize forest visit tour along with award ceremony in open ground of farm. Our tour will be on next Tuesday. In the morning we will be leaving from here and arrived by the same day night.

If Thomas want’s, you can bring your gaming equipment’s. However, we have many of but still if you want. Linda, please order some Piza’s from nearest Pizza store so children are more enjoy.
