Dear John,

I hope you are in a radiant health! I was over the moon when I heard about your new job. I am writing this letter to request you to take care of my apartment while I am visiting my aunt and cousins during the next long weekend.

First of all, you will find the keys with this letter. Moreover, I have few delicate plants that need proper care. Therefore, I am also sending proper guide book related to the need of an each plant. Additionally, there are several food items in the fridge for your use. Furthermore, please let me know if there are any special arrangements required to make your stay comfortable during my absence.

I know we decided to visit Banff together. However, I am going to visit it with my cousins during this vacation. Though, I will bring a surprise gift for you as a souvenir. I will also bring your favorite homemade chocolates from there as well.
