Dear John,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. It has been too long since we last met but i have got the best opportunity for this. I am writing this to let you know that i got promoted to manager at my work for what i have arranged a small party.

As you know my parents are living in another country so they will not be able to join us. i have invited all my friends to the party to celebrate this great milestone of my life. The party will be held on 20th september, 2026 at 4 P.M. The location is The Grand Villa restaurant which is quite famous for small parties. After cake cutting caremony, there will be some refreshments. Apart from this, ia have decided to paly some games to make this more memorable.

I know this place is bit away from your home but according to google it will take only 30 minutes if you travel by go bus rather than regular transit as it is more time consuming. I have already arranged your stay at my home as i want to catch up and learn more about your product. I will have guest room ready with all the necessities you might need. I know you like fresh bedsheets so i already bought some. If you need anything else, please let me know in advance.

I cannot wait to see you and spend quality if time together.
