Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Harshika Kapukotuwa who will been attending for next year February intake. I am writing to this letter to apply for school accommodation.

My course will begin on 28th of February. Therefore, I need to come one week in-advance, due to that fact, oriantaion will be start on 23rd February. Also I am looking forward single bedroom with attached bathroom.

Moreover, I am looking for accommodation with food. However I have allarge for beef and dairy products. I will getting sevier sickness when I ate those kind of food. If you can not provide food for me could you please make an arrangement for self-catering facility. For example if you can provide rice cooker , some pans, kettle and cooker. I can use shared kitchen with other student too. If you could arrange those items for me I highly appriceated it.

I am waiting for your quick response for it.
