Dear Sir or Madam,

I am extremely delighted to be accepted by your college for the next year fall session of biotechnology and excited to join the most prestigious college of the country. Following the college brochure, I discovered that I am eligible for my stay in the college hall of residence to which I would like to explore the upper floor rooms on single occupancy which has tranquil views of the serence mountains and close to the gymnasium hall. Additionally, on the other page I found that am also entitled for complimentary meals in your state-of-art student dining hall. Since I am allergic to peanuts and eggs, I would want this to be updated in my student profile to avoid any health issues in future.I will be highly oblidged and extremenly thankful if my requests are accommodated, but in case of any unavailability of rooms and dietary limitations, you may consider allocating a room in the main residence which also has a in-suite kitchenette which will aide my cooking.

I am again truly grateful to be a part of the college and look forward to hearing from you soon.
