Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have been enrolled at your college for the upcoming year and would be residing in the Hall of Residence.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a fully-furnished private room with an access to natural light, if available. Additionally, having the central AC and heat would be an added benefit.

In terms of food, I prefer vegetarian meals three times a day. I would like to inquire if it is possible to have a morning tea. Please note that I am severely allergic to tomatoes and kindly request that the college take this into consideration.

Could you please let me know if there are any alternative options available if my requests cannot be fulfilled?
