Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I hope you are doing well, I am writing this letter to inquire about flats available in Sydney, Australia, as I’ll me going there for a short vacation.

I will be flying from Vancouver, Canada on the 20th of December, 2025 and I will be arriving there on the 23rd of December, 2025. My plan is to find something that is extremely transit fraindy, and has good tourest spots nearby, as I am planning to mainly use the local buses and walk. I am looking for something that is not too expensive as I am travelling on a strict budget. In addition to that, it would be great if the place is animel friendy because I’ll be travelling with my pet. My vacation is for 5 days and my returning flight is on the 28th of December.

It would be great if you could send me some details about the flat and the rent that I’ll need to pay. As well as the deposit that I’ll have to pay. I appricate your help and will be waiting for your response.
