Dear Sir/Madam,

I am planning for a holiday trip to Sydney, Australia, along with my family, in the month of November this year and I required some help to rent a holiday flat.

My family consists of 4 members including myself and spouse, my childrens are of age seven and three years old. Regarding the specification of flat we are looking for, We need a flat with minimum two bedrooms and basic aminities such as proper elctricity and water supply. It would be nice if we get a flat near to the beach area with good connectivitiy to other cities.

Further more, we will be landing Sydeny on 17th Morning at 10:00 local time and our plan is to spend three days and three nights and checkout on 20th early morning at 06:00. Hence, kindly help to arrange the flat accordingly.

Finally, I would also like to understand the rent for the flat with above mentioned specifications. My budget for per day is not more than 250 Dollars.
