Band 5+: You are going to teach English to your friend's child. Write a letter to your past English teacher to ask if you can borrow some books from him/her. In your letter tell your teacher about the child; say when and where you will teach the child; explain what books you would like to borrow.

Dear Madam.

I am writing this letter to borrow some English books for my friend’s child.

The child’s name is Bunyod, smart and bright 7 years old who have a fundamental knowledge for reading and writing. He is really interested in learning foreign languages.I have decided to take an English tutor to help improve his English skills.

First of all, I plan to conduct the English lessons in our local library every Wednesday from 1 November to 15 December.In library, that there is a really good study area and equipped with modern desks.

Ideally, the books should be covered a numerous of colourful pictures with vocabulary and grammar exercises and reading comprehension. In addition, if it is possible any supplementary materials such as workbooks, CDs, would be highly appreciated, as they can provide interactive learning experiences.
