Dear Landlord,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of my flat and I would love if these problems can be addressed promptly. There are two main issues; the electricity connections are bad, resulting in frequent electric shocks; also, most of the plumbing works are faulty, consequently causing leakages all over the apartment.

The electric shocks poses health hazards, which undermines my health an could result to death eventually, furthermore, the drippings and leakages are extra work for me because I have to clean every wet part of the house to prevent falls, which could lead to bone fractures and so forth.

Might I suggest that you change the wires of the whole building entirely and replace them with good quality ones that will withstand heavy voltage and not melt with high electric current. The pipes should also be totally changed to strong pipes that can resist corrosion.
