Dear Sir,

I am sorry was disturb you. I am writing to express the situation that causing me to move out before the lease expires. Detailed information will be elaborated further.

Firstly, I would like to give you some background information. I must back to my home town because my parents was aged, and recently I heard my mother was sick. So, I decide to move out now and taking care of my mother.

Secondly, I would like to tell you the crucial information. I want to move on Saturday, February 27, 2026. I wrapped all my stuffs yesterday, so tomorrow I just call the taxi and leave it.

Thirdly, I will give you a sugestion for finding a new tenant. You can make the pamphlete of your apartment and share on social media such as TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. Because almost the students or employee look for the apartment by social media.
