Dear Sir or Ma,

My name is Ogunseun Temidayo, one of your tenants in Old Street, House 2A. I am writing to request for permission to terminate my lease early. I would like to move to a different area of the city to be closer to my workplace. It takes almost an hour and half to be in my place of work daily. Not only is it time consuming but it is also stressful catching up with trains and buses.

Additionally, the access to the front door and room will be dropped at the front desk when I am leaving. The logistic company I contracted has scheduled the moving date with me for next week Saturday by 2 P.M and hopefully, I have my load already packed and sorted before then, if not I would have to reschedule.

Furthermore, I have a cleaning team coming over later this week in order to assist me in cleaning and arranging the apartment. Since I met the apartment tidy and in good condition, it is expected I leave it the way I leased it.
