Dear landl

I hope this message finds you in a good spirt. I’m writing to inform you that I will be moving out of the appartment soon therefore breaking the lease.

As you may know my mom lives alone and unfortunately she has fallen sick and is bedridden and from my apartment to her house it takes me a 6hour drive so i decided to move a bit closer to her so i could mend to her needs.

I will be moving on the 3rd of next month. It may seem all so sudden and a bit rushed but i plan to find a replacement tenant and resolve any financial implications.

Despite having my journey at that appartment end so soon it was a real pleasure to have you as a landlord and i hope to hear from you soon.
