I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I am very thrilled to share that I passed my Physical Therapy license from the State of New York and also interviewed with a local Hospital a week ago, fortunately, I received an offer letter yesterday. For this reason, I have to move from California and as you know you are the only friend of mine living there and I wonder if you could help me to find a place.

For your reference, I am looking for a private space with all the basic amenities such as a grocery, medical store, and access to public transit nearby. I would also be very happy if there could be a balcony attached to my room where I could have my evening tea and read some books. Nowadays people are advertising places on social media but I do not have much idea about the online platform, I would be very grateful if you might suggest some ideas or else connect me to Facebook or Marketplace groups.
