Dear Shally,

Hi! I hope this letter finds you well! I have a good news for you. In near future I am moving to your city, and we can meet frequently. So, I would like to ask your help for searching a house for me on rent.

As you know currently I am working as Data Analyst. But, I am going to be promoted as Senior Data Analyst from next month but I have got transfer to New York and my office is located in downtown. Therefore, I will like to stay nearby to my office so that I can travel easily via public transport.

Moreover, I am the only person but I would like to stay in a fully furnished apartment which includes living room, bedroom and most importantly a clean kitchen as you know how much I love to cooked in my free time. Last and most important my budget for rent would be around $1500 per month.

I can’t wait to hear from you. See you soon.
