I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor service I received at your shop on Monday, November 24th. I hope my feedback will prompt you to take necessary actions to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
On that day, I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a microwave oven for my home. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was met with a complete lack of attention from your staff. Instead of receiving assistance, I found employees engrossed in watching a soap opera on television while ignoring customers in need.
When I finally mustered the courage to approach an employee for help regarding the available models of microwave ovens, his response was not only unhelpful but also rude. He dismissed me by pointing toward another employee rather than offering any assistance himself. This level of disregard for customer inquiries is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on your company’s commitment to customer service.
Given this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to your shop in the future. However, it is crucial that you address these issues within your team to ensure better treatment of customers moving forward. I urge you to consider training programs or hiring practices that prioritize professionalism and customer care.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter; I look forward to seeing improvements in your customer service standards.
Yours faithfully,
Sayyora Islamova
