Dear Mr. Smith,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing a letter to you about a birthday party for my friend at your restaurant. I heard that your restaurant is one of the most popular in the city and upon searching on the internet i was impressed on the reviews thats why i am interested on your restaurant.

This event will be a surprise for his 28th birthday and this is the first time that Jay will celebrate his birhtday at a restaurant. I am planning to surprise him on September 25 at 8 PM.

We are looking forward to celebrate his birthday on the his birthday; however this depends on the availability of your restaurant. Can you suggest any special packages you may offer us for this kind of party.
