Dear Restaurant Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the possibility of booking your restaurant for a surprise birthday party for my friend. The event is scheduled to take place on the evening of December 11, 2024, from 6 PM to 11 PM, and we expect around 70 guests to attend.

For the menu, we would like to include a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, along with two types of cuisine: Punjabi and Bengali. This selection reflects the backgrounds of our guests, as many are from Bengal and others from Punjab. Additionally, we would like to include desserts, as they symbolize sweetness and love. We would like the total arrangements to be within a budget of $5,000.

I would like to request a special three-layer red velvet cake for my friend. Furthermore, we would appreciate a decorative setup in the restaurant with balloons and flowers to create the best surprise party possible.
