Hello Sir,

I am writing this letter to make an enquiry concerning your shortlet. The advert you placed online caught my attention, as it suits my preference, which I have been in search of for a while. I have a planned trip and I am looking to stay in a homely space for a period of two weeks. Starting from 30th of January to 14th of February.

I would like some clarity on the available rooms that are well equipped with basic essentials like the washing machine, air conditioning and bathroom taps with a constant water supply. Furthermore, I would need information on whether the package comes with a kitchen and constant power supply. As the kitchen will be of a great importance in the preparation of my meals.
