Dear Abhishek,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you an upcomming tour which I am planning in the following month. First of all, I am working under high work pressure since last two months as our organization got a tender for public work and it required us to complete before election.

Furthermore, this plan includes a trip to Shimla in Himachal Pradesh, which is well-known to every Indians after the movie released in last January. After that, will go for trekking in hill station for two days, and we are planning to visit the Tajmahal in Agra if time allow.

I would like you to participate with us for these adventures as you are a nature lover, and a lot of other exciting activities we planned those I will explain when you join us. In addition, the accommodation costs are sponsered by my employer as a reward of my hardwork for our company’s well-being, and I can claim food bills as well.
