Dear neighbor,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to ask a favor. I want to ask you to look after my house while I am gone. I would be very appreciated if you could also take care of my cat. My cat, Sam, is very quiet and very friendly. I am asking too much, but I can pay you for all of kindness. I will be away for 3 months.

Global warming is main topic these days. Company that I work for put me on very important task and I should travel to Iran, a country in the middle east, to take care of this task. This project can reduce amount of co and co2 gas in the air.
