Dear Tim,

How are you doing? I’m sorry it’s been awhile since I last wrote, work has been really exhausting. Anyway, I’m writing about the get together we are planning against next summer holiday.

Since the school we be on vacation this time, I feel it will be better the event is hold on 12 September. Also, the weather we be very calm this time and it will be suitable for camping. I mean it won’t be rainning this period. Furthermore, Lagoon beach will be the best site because it has a fantasic view.

Similarly, I think the following items will be very crucial each and everyone of us have them. These are: swimming suit, shower cap, floating tubes, towels and toletries.

lastly, could we organise a camp fire night, in addition, I feel we will have more fun by organising aquatic sport competition. Therefore, we are going to needing strews and barbecue stand for nice cuisines.
